MDMA Solutions GmbH · Berlin · brand house for everyday electric mobility

One brand is the proof —
the brand house is the method

We built Super Bicycles in three years — five awards, specialist retail in 12 countries. Now we're scaling the model: new products and more brands, same machine behind them.

The case

Why a brand house is worth more than a brand

The market is there,
but poorly served

Light e-mobility is growing at double-digit rates — but the products are either premium toys or cheap imports without service. The middle — good everyday products at fair prices — is empty in most segments. That's exactly where we position brands.

Brands are the asset,
the machine is the leverage

Each brand serves its own audience and price point — but all of them share development, supply chain, and distribution network. Every additional brand lowers the per-unit cost of the infrastructure and raises its value.

The time is now

With Super Bicycles, the most expensive part is paid for: the first complete cycle. Method, tools, and trade relationships exist. Whatever comes next — new product or another brand — starts on this foundation, not on a hypothesis.

Brand No. 1 · since 2023

Super Bicycles
One complete cycle, proven in the market

Compact e-cargo bikes that ordinary households can afford — pared back to everyday use, built to last, repairable with standard tools. Three products, three awards:

Super Mighty — compact e-cargo bike
Super Mighty

The cargo bike for family, errands, and business.

International Cargo Bike of the Year 2024
Super Mini — compact e-bike for the city
Super Mini

The city bike for commuting and short trips.

Eurobike Award 2025
Super Mighty Jr. — cargo balance bike for kids
Super Mighty Jr.

The first true cargo balance bike for kids from age two.

German Design Award Gold 2026

The brand is deliberately open: templates, technical drawings, and 3D-print files are free to download. That ties an active community to the product — and makes Super Bicycles the most open cargo bike system on the market.

How we build brands

Five steps from observation to a brand in retail

Super Bicycles came out of a process we documented — so it can be repeated.

  1. Observe

We start with a real everyday annoyance: too expensive, too bulky, too complicated. No trend reports — just watching the street.

  2. Reduce

The annoyance becomes a product that does one thing really well — and leaves out everything nobody needs.

  3. Design to the price

The target price is set before the first drawing. We design to the price, not up from the cost.

  4. Ship early

Better version 1 in real hands than version 3 in the lab. The community finds weaknesses faster than any test.

  5. Scale through retail

What proves itself rolls out into new markets through specialist dealers and direct sales.

The leverage

What the next launch inherits on day one

The first cycle paid for the infrastructure — every new product and every additional brand uses it instead of building it again:

Parametric design

Our own CAD tools turn a sketch into a production-ready product in weeks — geometry, frame, and variants all come from one parameter set. Development time is our shortest path to the next launch.

Proven supply chain

Qualified manufacturing partners, negotiated terms, logistics through to the delivered box — built for volume, not for prototypes.

Distribution network & community

Specialist retail in 12 countries, a live B2B portal, and a community that tests new products from day one and carries them further. Distribution is in place before the next launch begins.

Over 20 years in management and technology. Runs the company and opens doors — from suppliers to international partners.

Next step

We're bringing on the partners who will scale the brand house

Super Bicycles is self-sustaining in specialist retail and growing. The next step is repeating the model — whether as a new product or another brand in an adjacent segment.

We're talking to investors about exactly that right now. We go through numbers, pipeline, and plan in a direct conversation — one message is enough.
